Rovinj 13 November 2007 – Total revenues of Adris grupa for the first nine months of this year amounted to 2.64 billion kunas, which represents a 20.5% increase on the same period of last year.
Profit before tax amounts to 827.2 million kunas which is up 19.3% compared to the corresponding period of last year. Significant increase in profit is due to higher one-time revenues and lower restructuring costs in 2007.
In the Cigarette BU the sales volume continues to rise. Also the company Hrvatski duhani operates successfully after years-long restructuring.
During the report period the Tourism BU reports 3% rise in bednights in comparison with the first nine months of 2006. Obsolete structures which are out of use now (almost 8% of permanent buildings), had an effect on 2007 bednight figures as well. But, if we compare the same capacities, the number of bednights rises by 6% and/or by almost 12% in permanent buildings. Good occupancy in the after-season announces maintenance of similar trends by the end of the business year.
Adris' real estate management company made significant preparations to activate real estate which are not in function of the core business.
